Superbike Gear Replicas: WSBK Racing Gear - Cowhide, Monaco or Kangaroo Race Suits
This WSBK range holds replica race gear inspired by World Superbike riders. Designs run from 1988 to 2026. They follow bikes from Ducati, Kawasaki, BMW, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Aprilia. The main colors are black, red, white, blue and Kawasaki green. Every piece is hand-stitched and made to order. Leather Collection has made leather gear since 2009.
Recent designs include the
Michael van der Mark BMW suit
and the
Garrett Gerloff Kawasaki race suit
. Older designs reach back to the late 1980s.
Why WSBK Gear Matters
Suits and jackets use 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide as the base leather. Gloves use thinner 0.8-0.9 mm cowhide for more feel at the bars. Most suits can also be ordered in Monaco or kangaroo leather. Pre-curved sleeves help you hold a tucked position. Stress points at the shoulders, elbows and hips are double-stitched.
Suit Types
One-Piece Race Suit - for track racing on closed circuits. Pre-curved sleeves cut down on bunching in fast corners. Made-to-measure adjusts torso length and arm reach.
Two-Piece Suit - for track days and club racing. The jacket and pants zip together at the waist. Each piece is sized on its own, and you can order just the jacket or the pants.
Race Jackets, Gloves and Boots - for riders who want one part of a team look. Try the
Troy Bayliss Ducati leather jacket
or the
Jonathan Rea SBK boots
.
Buying Guidance
How do I measure for a custom race suit? Use the size chart to measure chest, waist, inseam and sleeve length. Many items offer a Custom Size option cut to your numbers.
What can I add to a suit? Choose a standard, hydro or ventilated speed hump, or no hump. Pick perforation on the chest, the front or the full suit. Add-ons include a removable lining, a thermal lining and an extra knee slider. Matching boots and gloves can be ordered too.
How do I care for the leather? Condition it every 6-12 months to keep it soft and stop cracks. See the leather care instructions for more steps.
