Outer Layer
- The Lorenzo Baldassarri 2026 motorcycle jacket uses drum-dyed, milled cowhide. The leather is 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick.
- The colors are black, grey, white and yellow, in a Ducati WSBK race style.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow your arms when you lean on a sport bike.
- A semi auto-lock YKK coil zipper closes the front.
- Metal shoulder protectors with TPU on top sit on the outside. TPU sliders cover the elbows.
- Stretch Cordura panels on the sleeves help your arms move.
- Safety stitching runs along the seams.

Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders and elbows. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for limb impact protectors. Level 2 is the higher of the two levels in that standard. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, metal shoulder protectors with TPU and TPU elbow sliders cover the spots that touch the ground first in a slide. You can take the inner armor out to clean the lining.
The shell is drum-dyed, milled cowhide that is 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. Drum dyeing pushes the color deep into the hide. Milling softens the leather so the sleeves bend more easily. The panels come in black, grey, white and yellow. Each jacket is hand-stitched and made to order, so the leather is cut after you place your order.
Order the jacket as usual, but select Custom Size in the Size options before you check out. Once you have the order number, go to the measurement form and fill in your body measurements with it. Have your height, chest girth, sleeve length and waist length ready. Waist length is measured down your back from the collar.

Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after each ride. If it gets wet, let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and strong sun. Take out the armor before you clean the mesh lining. Use a leather conditioner now and then to keep the cowhide soft. Hang it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. The leather care instructions give more tips.
