The jacket is cut from cowhide leather that is 1.2–1.3 mm thick. The leather is drum-dyed. This means the color goes deep into the hide, not just on top. It is also milled to make it softer. Stretch Cordura panels at the sleeves add flex. Each panel is stitched by hand, with safety stitching on the seams.
