- The Repsol jacket is cut from 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide that is drum-dyed and milled.
- The colors are orange, red, Repsol blue and white.

- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front and the cuffs.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders, and TPU sliders cover the elbows.
- Kevlar-look Cordura stretch panels on the sleeves and accordion stretch panels at the elbows and lower back help you move.
- Seams are safety-stitched by hand.
