Born on January 4, 1993, Scott Christopher Redding is a British motorcyclist and racer. Having departed the BMW Motorrad factory team he raced for in 2023, he has a deal with satellite team Bonovo BMW to compete in the Superbike World Championship in 2024. 

Scott Redding rode a Panigale V4 for the Ducati factory WSBK team throughout the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

Scott Redding, participated in the British Superbike Championship in 2019 for Paul Bird's PBM team, racing a Ducati Panigale V4 and taking first place in the competition. 

In addition, he is well-known for his Grand Prix motorcycle racing, which he did mostly from 2014 to 2018 in the elite MotoGP class. Before Can Öncü achieved this record in 2018, he was the youngest rider in Grand Prix motorcycle racing to win a race, shattering Marco Melandri's ten-year record.
