FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. These suits are cut and stitched like the newer race suits, in 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. They are not just for show. You can pick a speed hump, perforation and an extra knee slider for track use. A snug fit matters most, so measure with care. Check the size guide first, or pick Custom Size so the suit is cut to your own numbers.
Every suit in this archive offers three leathers. Cowhide is the default hide, at 1.2-1.3 mm thick. It is firm and holds its shape well. Kangaroo is thinner and lighter, and many track riders like it. Monaco is a third choice on the product page. All three are hand-stitched the same way. Pick the one that suits how often you ride and how light you want the suit to feel.
The archive runs from 1973 to 2021. Honda and Yamaha designs are the most common. There are also Ducati, Suzuki, Aprilia, Kawasaki, Kalex and KTM designs. Most follow MotoGP and Grand Prix seasons. Others follow WSBK, AMA, Moto2, Moto3 and IDM. Riders include Valentino Rossi, Nicky Hayden, Casey Stoner and Jorge Lorenzo. Each suit is a replica inspired by a rider or team, not team gear. Each product page names the season.
Yes. Each design can be ordered as a one-piece suit or a two-piece suit. A one-piece suit has no waist zip, so it does not ride up when you tuck in. A two-piece suit zips at the waist, and you can wear the jacket alone. You can also order just the jacket or just the pants. Matching boots and gloves can be added to the same order on the product page.
Wipe the suit with a soft, damp cloth after each ride to remove dust and bugs. Let it dry in the shade at room temperature. Use a leather conditioner every few months so the cowhide stays soft and does not crack at the seams. Hang the suit on a wide, padded hanger, away from heat and direct sun. Do not machine wash it. The leather care instructions explain each step in more detail.
