Outer Layer
- The Luis Salom 2014 MotoGP suit is made from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide leather with a drum-dyed, milled finish.
- Accordion leather stretch panels on the back and knees add flex. Cordura stretch panels sit at the sleeves, crotch and calf.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders sit on the elbows, and TPU knee sliders can be replaced.
- The sleeves are pre-curved to follow the riding position.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves. Two-piece pants use a silver snap button.
- Velcro-reinforced straps, soft neoprene cuffs and a neoprene collar help the suit stay in place.
- Safety stitching in nylon thread uses dual and triple rows at key seams.

- A breathable mesh lining sits against the body.
