These Valentino Rossi leathers are a black race suit inspired by his 2003 Repsol Honda MotoGP season. The suit is hand-stitched and made to order.

Rossi Suit Safety Features
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector fits inside. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders guard the elbows. The TPU knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down.
- Seams are hand-stitched with two or three rows of strong nylon thread.

Outer Layer
- The shell is 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide leather. It is drum-dyed and milled for a soft feel.
- Accordion leather panels at the lower back and knees stretch when you tuck in.
- Cordura stretch panels at the sleeves, crotch and calves help you move.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the bent arms of a rider on a sport bike.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves let you adjust the fit.
- Soft neoprene trims the cuffs and collar.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket on the left side of the chest holds small items.
- The 2 piece suit joins at the waist with silver snap buttons on the pants.

The suit has removable CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the standard for limb armor. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders guard the elbows. You can take the inner armor out when you clean the suit. Put it back in before you ride.
Yes. The TPU knee sliders attach with Velcro, so you can swap them when they wear down. Knee sliders touch the track when you lean into a turn, so they wear fast. You can add an Extra Knee Slider when you order. That way, you have a spare set ready for your next track day. Check the sliders after each ride and change them before the base wears through.
