Pol Espargaro 2014 MotoGP Suit Safety Features
- Black cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick, forms the shell. It is drum-dyed and milled.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) is fitted at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- The back protector comes out and is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders guard the elbows. The TPU knee sliders are replaceable.
- Extra leather panels cover the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.

Outer Layer
- The black design is inspired by the 2014 Yamaha season of Pol Espargaro.

- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers sit at the front, cuffs and calves.

Yes. The Leather menu has three choices: cowhide, Monaco leather and kangaroo leather. Cowhide is the base, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. Kangaroo is lighter for its strength, so the suit feels less heavy on a long day. Monaco leather is a third choice. All three are hand-stitched to order. See more rider looks in the

A speed hump is the raised shape on the upper back, behind your helmet. When you tuck in on a straight, it helps air flow smoothly over your back. You can choose No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. Riders who mostly ride on the road often skip it. Track riders often pick one. For an older Yamaha look, see the

For heat, pick a perforation style: Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. Small holes let air reach your body. For cold track days, add the thermal removable lining. A plain removable lining is also offered. The breathable mesh lining stays in all versions. You can also order an extra knee slider as a spare.
Go to the Size options and select Custom Size. Finish checkout to get your order number. Then fill in the measurement form: add the number and your body measurements. You will enter height, chest girth, waist and hip, plus sleeve length, waist length (down the back from the collar), external leg length and crotch to ground. Take out the armor and the back protector first. Clean the black cowhide with a soft, damp cloth. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heat.
