Construction Details
Outer Layer
- The red colors are inspired by the 2001 Gilera season of Manuel Poggiali.
- Accordion stretch panels at the lower back and knees let you tuck in.
- Stretch Cordura at the sleeves, crotch and calf adds more give.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow your arms on the bike.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves hold the suit in place.
- Soft neoprene at the collar and cuffs helps stop rubbing.
- On the two-piece suit, the pants close with silver snap buttons.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move.
- A mesh pocket on the left side of the chest holds small items.

- Men's sizes run from US 32 to US 50. Women's sizes run from US 6 to US 18. Check the size chart first.

Yes. The Product menu has four choices: a one-piece suit, a two-piece suit, the jacket alone or the pants alone. A one-piece suit has no gap at the waist. A two-piece suit zips together at the waist, and the pants close with silver snap buttons. Two pieces are easier to put on and to pack. All four are hand-stitched to order.
Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, a European standard for arm and leg impact pads. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. Extra leather layers cover the same areas. TPU knee sliders attach with Velcro, so you can swap them when they wear thin.
You can add a removable lining or a thermal removable lining. The thermal one adds warmth on cold track days. You can also order an extra knee slider as a spare. Take out the armor and the back protector before you clean it. Wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth to remove bugs and dirt. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters.
