Each size has an EU and a US number. EU 36 is US 4.5, EU 38 is US 6 and EU 40 is US 7.5. EU 42 is US 8.5, EU 44 is US 10.5 and EU 46 is US 12. Half sizes such as EU 37.5 and EU 38.5 are on the list too. If you fall between two sizes, measure both feet and go by the longer one. Thick riding socks also take up space, so wear them when you measure.
Yes. The toe sliders are made to be swapped out. They take the scrape when your foot touches the road in a turn, so they wear down first.
