The Whiz Tech is a CE rated motorcycle jacket in 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It has removable CE Level 2 armor and is hand-stitched to order.

Outer Layer
- This CE rated motorcycle jacket uses 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed, milled cowhide. It resists scuffs and tears in a slide.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders. TPU sliders sit on the elbows.
- The sleeves are pre-curved to fit the way you sit on a bike.
- Stretch Cordura panels in the sleeves help your arms move.
- Semi auto-lock YKK zippers close the front and the cuffs.
- The seams are safety stitched.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining helps air move inside the jacket.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders and elbows.
- A removable back protector (EN 1621-2 compatible) covers the spine.
- One mesh pocket sits on the left side of the chest.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CE rated means the armor meets a European test standard. The shoulder and elbow armor meets EN 1621-1:2012 at Level 2. Level 2 lets less force through than Level 1. The back protector is compatible with EN 1621-2, the standard for back armor. All of this armor can be taken out, so you can wash or swap it.
It works for both. The pre-curved sleeves and the speed hump option suit a sport riding position on the track. The mesh lining and perforation options help on warm road rides. If you ride upright most of the time, choose no hump. For other cuts, browse the

The jacket comes in black, gold chrome and gun metal. Black is easy to match with any bike or helmet. Gold chrome stands out more and catches the light. Gun metal is a dark grey with a metal look. Pick the color in the menu when you order. Matching gloves can be added in sizes XS to 3XL.
Choose Custom Size in the Size options, then complete checkout as usual. You receive an order number. Use it in the measurement form, along with your body measurements. A jacket needs height, chest girth, waist, hip, sleeve length and waist length. Waist length runs down your back from the collar.
Wipe the jacket with a soft cloth after each ride. Take out the armor before you clean the lining. If the leather gets wet, let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters. Rub in a little leather conditioner a few times a year. Never use a washing machine. See the leather care instructions for more tips.
