Outer Layer
- The base shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide, drum-dyed and milled for a soft feel.
- Pre-curved sleeves match the bent-arm position you hold on a sport bike.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front and the cuffs.
- Kevlar-look stretch Cordura panels on the sleeves give you room to move.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders. TPU sliders cover the elbows.
- The black, red and white design is inspired by Aleix Espargaro and Aprilia Racing in MotoGP 2022.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining helps air move inside the jacket.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders and elbows. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector covers the spine and is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- A mesh pocket on the left side of the chest holds small items.

The base leather is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed so the color sits deep in the hide, and milled so it feels soft. When you order, you can switch to Monaco leather or kangaroo leather instead. All three are cut and hand-stitched after you order, so your choice is set before work starts. If you are not sure which to pick, ask on the customer service page.
Yes. The Product option lets you pick the jacket alone, the pants alone, a 1-piece suit or a 2-piece suit. Each one uses the same black, red and white Aprilia Racing design. Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders and elbows and meets EN 1621-1:2012. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, TPU-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders. TPU sliders cover the elbows, so the jacket can slide on the track surface. You can take out the inner armor to wash the lining or to swap pads.
