This Aleix Espargaro 2016 MotoGP jacket is made in metallic blue cowhide. The look is inspired by his Suzuki team colors, and each jacket is hand-stitched to order.

Outer Layer
- This Aleix Espargaro 2016 MotoGP jacket is metallic blue. The design is inspired by his Suzuki team colors from that season.
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled, so it feels soft but stays tough in a slide.
- Metal shoulder protectors with TPU reinforcement sit on the outside of the shoulders.
- TPU sliders cover the elbows and take the wear if you go down.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the shape of your arms in a riding tuck.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers keep the jacket shut while you ride.

The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the hide. It is then milled to make it softer. The result bends with you but still resists scrapes in a slide. Inside, removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders and elbows. These pads meet EN 1621-1:2012, the European test for limb armor. A removable back protector runs down the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, metal shoulder protectors with TPU reinforcement and TPU elbow sliders take the first contact in a slide. You can lift the armor out before you clean the jacket.

A speed hump is a raised shell on the upper back. It sits behind your helmet when you tuck in. You can pick No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. Perforation means small holes punched in the leather to let air in. You can pick No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. More holes give more airflow on hot days. Matching gloves can be added to the order too.
After a ride, wipe off dust and bugs with a soft, damp cloth. Let the jacket dry on a wide hanger, away from heaters and direct sun. Strong sun can fade the metallic blue over time.
