The suit has removable CE Level 2 armor that meets EN 1621-1:2012. It sits in pockets at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. There is also a removable back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. You can take each piece out when you clean the suit. On the outside, carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees, and TPU sliders cover the elbows and knees.
Perforation means small holes punched in the leather to let air in. You can pick no perforation, a perforated chest, a perforated front or a full perforated suit. If you ride in hot weather, more holes keep you cooler. If you ride in cool or wet weather, a suit with no holes keeps the wind out. The blue color and the armor stay the same in each choice.
Yes. The suit is offered for men and women. Women can choose EU 38 to 50, which is US 6 to 18. Men can choose EU 42 to 60, which is US 32 to 50. If your shape falls between sizes, pick Custom Size.
