For the X-Men jacket, measure height, sleeve length, chest girth, waist and hip, plus waist length (down the back from the collar). Your jacket is then hand-stitched to order.
The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the hide, and then milled to soften it. Cowhide at this weight resists scrapes well, which is why it is used for riding gear. The leather is safety-stitched at the main seams. Silver piping runs along the black leather for the X-Men inspired look.

Sublimated lining lets you upload your own design, which is then printed onto the lining fabric. You pick the lining in the product options before checkout. Wipe the jacket with a soft cloth after each ride to remove dust and bugs. For dirt, use a damp cloth with a leather cleaner and work in small areas.
