The Savitar race suit is a motorcycle suit in 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide, made in black, grey and red. Its design is inspired by the Isle of Man TT 2019.

Savitar Race Suit Safety Features
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees on the outside.
- TPU elbow sliders and replaceable TPU knee sliders take the wear in a lean.

Outer Layer
- The Savitar race suit is cut from 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide with a drum-dyed, milled finish.
- Stretch inserts let you move on the bike.

Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining helps keep you cool.
- The neck collar has a neoprene backing and a 3D air vent panel at the back.
- Air mesh cuffs sit at the wrists and ankles.
- A mesh pocket sits on the left side of the chest.

Inside, the suit has removable CE Level 2 armor to EN 1621-1:2012. It sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. There is also a removable back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. Outside, TPU-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders sit on the elbows, and the knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down. Choose Custom Size in the Size options, then complete checkout as usual. You receive an order number. Use it in the measurement form, along with your body measurements. Race suits use numbers for the whole body: height, chest girth, sleeve length, waist length, waist and hip, plus external leg length and crotch to ground. Compare with the size chart before you decide.
The standard suit uses 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide with a drum-dyed, milled finish. Cowhide holds up well when it rubs on the road. You can also pick Monaco Leather or Kangaroo Leather when you order. Kangaroo is lighter and thinner for the same strength, so many track riders like it. All three are hand-stitched to order. You choose the leather in the product options before checkout.
Yes. You can pick No Hump, a Standard Hump, a Ventilated Hump or a Hydro Hump. A hump sits on the back and helps the air flow over you at speed. For airflow through the leather, choose No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. You can also add a Removable Lining, a Thermal Removable Lining or an Extra Knee Slider. All of these are product options.
Take out the armor first. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth after a ride to remove dirt and bugs. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and strong sun. Use a leather conditioner every few months so the cowhide stays soft. Do not put the suit in a washing machine. Check the sliders and armor now and then, and replace worn parts.
