Max Biaggi 2004 Suit Safety Features
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled for an even color and a soft feel.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector runs along the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders on the elbows help the suit slide if you fall.
- Replaceable TPU knee sliders take the wear when your knee touches the track.

Outer Layer
- The yellow color is inspired by the Camel Honda MotoGP team.
- Accordion stretch panels at the lower back and knees help you tuck in.
- Stretch Cordura panels in the sleeves, crotch and calves give you room to move.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow your arms in a riding position.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- A soft neoprene cuff and collar help stop rubbing.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket sits inside, on the left side of the chest.
- On the two-piece suit, silver snap buttons close the pants.

- Standard sizes run from US 32 to US 50 for men and US 6 to US 18 for women.

The suit is made from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide by default. Cowhide is tough and stands up well to scrapes. It is drum-dyed, so the yellow goes deep into the hide, and milled for a softer feel. You can also choose Monaco or kangaroo leather at order. Kangaroo leather is lighter and thinner, yet still strong. Pick the leather in the Leather menu before you add the suit to the cart.

No suit can stop every injury, so ride with care.
Yes. The CE Level 2 armor and the back protector are removable. Take them out before you clean the suit, then put them back before you ride. The TPU knee sliders are replaceable, so you can fit new ones when they wear down. You can add an extra knee slider when you order. See more
