Outer Layer
- This MotoGP leather jacket has a shell of blue cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. The hide is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the leather.
- The leather is also milled. That means it is tumbled until it feels softer and bends more easily.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the bent arms of a rider on a sport bike.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the front and the cuffs. The pull locks in place when you let go.
- Stretch Cordura panels on the sleeves give your arms more room to move.
- TPU-reinforced metal plates sit on the shoulders, and TPU sliders cover the elbows.
- Safety stitching runs along the seams.

Protection Explained
- EN 1621-1 is the European standard for arm and leg armor. Level 2 armor lets less force pass through than Level 1.

Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after a ride to take off bugs and dust. Let it dry on a wide hanger at room temperature. Keep it away from heaters and strong sun. Heat can dry out the leather, and sun can fade the blue. Use a leather conditioner a few times a year to keep the hide soft. Take out the armor before you clean the lining.
