The suit uses cowhide leather that is 1.2–1.3 mm thick. The leather is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the hide. It is also milled, which means it is tumbled to feel softer. Accordion stretch panels on the lower back and knees add room to move. You can also pick Monaco or Kangaroo leather from the Leather option. Every seam is hand-stitched, with extra safety stitching where the suit takes the most strain.
It takes two steps. First, select Custom Size in the Size options and complete checkout. Once checkout is done, you get an order number. Open the measurement form and send your order number together with your body measurements. Measure your height, chest girth, waist, hip, sleeve length and external leg length.
The suit has removable CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for limb armor. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
