The suit is made from cowhide leather that is 1.2-1.3 mm thick. The hide is drum-dyed and milled. Drum-dyeing takes the color all the way through the leather. Milling makes the hide softer, so it bends as you ride. Cordura stretch panels sit at the sleeves, crotch and calves. Accordion panels sit at the lower back and knees. The suit is hand-stitched and made to order.
Custom size orders begin at checkout. Choose Custom Size in the Size options and complete the order. You then receive an order number. Open the measurement form and enter that number with your body measurements.
