The jacket is made from cowhide that is 1.2-1.3 mm thick. That is the same thickness used for many race suits. The leather is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the hide. It is then milled to make it softer. Stretch Cordura panels on the sleeves help you move. Like other leather motorcycle jackets in the range, it is hand-stitched to order.
