Jonathan Rea 1 Leather Jacket Team Livery Race Jackets
Each jacket in this range is inspired by one season Jonathan Rea raced in World Superbike, from 2018 to 2026. The colors, race number and sponsor-style graphics follow that year. Kawasaki green, black and red lead the range, with Yamaha and Honda designs after them.
Leather Collection has made leather gear since 2009. Every jacket is cut from cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. It has armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back, and a zip at the waist to join matching pants.
Pockets - two inside pockets: one with a snap and one with a zip.
Size - pick a standard size, or choose Custom Size and send your own numbers.
Speed Hump and Perforation - no hump, standard, vented or hydro hump; no holes, or chest, front or full perforation for hot days.
Matching Gloves - add gloves in the same colors to your order.
Buying Guidance
How do I choose a size? Measure at home and compare with the Size Guide. If you fall between sizes, pick Custom Size. Where can I get help? The customer service page answers size and order questions.
Yes. These jackets are cut like race jackets, but you can wear them on any ride. The armor pockets sit at the shoulders, elbows and back. If you ride in town on hot days, add perforation so air can reach your chest. You can skip the speed hump for a flatter back. The zip at the waist lets you join matching pants later if you start doing track days.
A race jacket should feel snug when you stand up. It loosens a little once you lean forward on the bike. The sleeves should reach your wrists in a riding position. The armor should sit over your elbows and shoulders without sliding. Measure your chest, waist and arm length, then check the size chart. The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape.
Most designs use the green, black and red of his Kawasaki years. Some add white or grey. His Yamaha jackets bring blue, black and white, like the black and white winter test design from 2023. The 2026 jacket follows Honda colors. Each product page names its season, so you can pick the year you like most. Every design comes in sizes for men and women.
Perforation means small holes punched in the leather. They let air flow through the jacket while you ride. You can choose no holes, holes on the chest, holes on the front, or holes over the full jacket. More holes keep you cooler in summer. Fewer holes keep out more wind on cold days. The holes do not change the colors of the design.
Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after rides. Let it dry slowly at room temperature, away from heaters. Hang it on a wide hanger so the shoulders keep their shape. Rub in a little leather balm every few months to keep the cowhide soft. If it gets soaked in rain, stuff the sleeves with paper while it dries. The leather care instructions explain more.
