Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders and elbows. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for limb armor. Level 2 pads let less force through than Level 1 pads. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. You can take the pads out when you do not need them. This also makes the jacket easier to clean and to store.

Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after a ride. Take the armor out first. Let the jacket dry at room temperature, away from heaters and strong sun.
