MV Agusta Jacket
Replica Race Jackets

Each MV Agusta jacket is inspired by the team colors and sponsor-style graphics of one season, from 1975 to 2020. Colors include red, black, grey, silver chrome and yellow. The designs draw on WSBK and MotoGP racing. Each jacket is made to order, not taken from stock.

Every jacket is cut from 1.2 to 1.3 mm cowhide, with armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back. You can set the speed hump (none, standard, ventilated or hydro) and the perforation (none, chest, front or full). Matching gloves can be added to the same order.

Jacket Styles

The MV Agusta Racing Leather Jacket comes in red and silver. The 2017 MV Agusta leather jacket is cut from cowhide in team colors.

The MV Agusta grey motorcycle jacket and the MV Agusta 2020 rider jacket are inspired by WSBK seasons.

For a vintage look, the Giacomo Agostini 1975 jacket is inspired by his MV Agusta season.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The jackets are inspired by MV Agusta race colors from 1975 to 2020. Most designs use red, often with black, grey or silver chrome. One design adds yellow. Some are inspired by WSBK seasons, and one is inspired by Giacomo Agostini and his 1975 MV Agusta season. Each jacket carries sponsor-style graphics and stripes based on its season. Pick the year and colors you like most, then set your options.
Measure your chest, waist, sleeve and torso at home with a soft tape. The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape. Then compare your numbers with the size chart. If you fall between sizes or want a snug race fit, pick the Custom Size option. The pattern is then cut to your own numbers. Take each number twice so the fit comes out right.
Every jacket is cut from cowhide about 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. Cowhide is firm and holds up well to wear on the road and the track. Armor pockets sit at the shoulders, elbows and back. You can also pick a speed hump and perforation. Perforated leather has small holes that let air in on hot days. Each jacket is hand-stitched and made to order.
Yes. Matching gloves can be added in the Matching Gear option when you order. The gloves use colors that go with the jacket, so the set has one look. To build a full outfit, look at the MV Agusta suits and boots in the parent range as well. Each item is made to order, so the gloves and the jacket may not arrive on the same day.
Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after each ride. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun. Rub in a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months to keep the leather soft and stop cracks. Hang the jacket on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. The leather care instructions give more detail.
