The shoulders, elbows, knees and hips hold removable CE Level 2 armor. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for arm and leg impact protectors. A removable back protector covers the spine, and it is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, carbon-reinforced metal plates cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders sit on the elbows, and the knee sliders can be replaced.
The base leather is cowhide, 1.2-1.3 mm thick, drum-dyed and milled. Drum-dyeing puts the color all the way through the hide. In the Leather option you can also pick Monaco Leather or Kangaroo Leather. Kangaroo leather is lighter for its strength, so many track riders like it. All three choices are hand-stitched and work with the same armor and options.

Yes. You can pick No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. A hump sits on the upper back, behind your helmet. For airflow, choose No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. Small holes in the leather let air in on hot days. You can also add a removable lining, a thermal lining or an extra knee slider.
After a ride, wipe off dirt and bugs with a damp cloth. Take the armor out and let the suit dry at room temperature. Keep it away from heaters and strong sun.
