The 2025 designs are blue, and the 2026 designs follow the newest Red Bull KTM look. Each product page names its year, so you can compare them. All of them are replicas inspired by his race gear, not team gear.
A custom size is cut to your own chest, waist, sleeve and torso numbers. This helps if your arms or torso are longer or shorter than a standard size. It can also stop bunching at the collar or wrists when you tuck in on the bike. You measure at home, then enter the numbers at order. The Made to Measure page explains the steps.
Suits start from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. At order you can choose cowhide, Monaco or kangaroo leather. The suits have armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back. You also pick the speed hump: none, standard, ventilated or hydro. Perforation can be none, chest, front or full. Each product page shows the details of its own design.
These suits are cut for a tucked race position, with curved sleeves. Many riders wear them for track days on closed circuits. Choose the leather, hump and perforation that suit your riding. You can add an extra knee slider, as knee sliders wear down on track. Check the fit before your first session. A suit that fits close will move with you on the bike.
Wipe the suit with a soft cloth after each ride to remove dust and sweat. Let a wet suit dry at room temperature, away from direct heat. Treat the leather with conditioner now and then to keep it soft. Store the suit on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. The leather care instructions give more tips for each type of leather.
