Yes. The suit is cut for men and for women. Women can pick from EU 38 to EU 50, which is US 6 to US 18. Men can pick from EU 42 to EU 60, which is US 32 to US 50. If no standard size fits, choose Custom Size. Then send your sizes with the measurement form after you order.
The hump sits on the back, behind your neck. It helps the air flow over you when you tuck in. Choose No Hump for a flat back. The Standard Hump is a plain shape. The Ventilated Hump has openings for air, and the Hydro Hump is the fourth style. All four come on the same metallic blue suit and are fitted when it is made.
