Outer Layer

The jacket is cut from cowhide leather that is 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. It is drum-dyed and milled. That gives it a soft feel and an even color. The colors are blue and yellow, in the style of the 2016 Movistar Yamaha team. Stretch Cordura panels on the sleeves add room to move. Each jacket is hand-stitched and made to order. It is cut only after you place your order.
Inside, there is removable CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders and elbows. It meets EN 1621-1:2012. There is also a removable back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, metal plates with carbon cover the shoulders. TPU sliders cover the elbows. You can take the inner armor out when you clean the jacket. Put it back in before your next ride.

There are four speed hump choices: No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump and Hydro Hump. A hump sits on the upper back. There are also four perforation choices. You can have no holes, holes on the chest, holes across the front, or a full perforated jacket. More holes let in more air on hot days. Fewer holes keep the wind out when it is cool.
