This vintage Ducati jacket is inspired by the race gear of Troy Bayliss in the 2001 WSBK season. It is hand-stitched from cowhide and made to order.

Outer Layer
- The shell is 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide leather. It is drum-dyed and milled for a soft feel.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the bent arms of a rider on a sport bike.
- Stretch Cordura panels with a Kevlar look sit on the sleeves, so you can move with ease.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front and the cuffs.
- The seams are hand-stitched with two rows of thread.
- Black, green, red and white panels give a look inspired by the 2001 Ducati WSBK team.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders and elbows.
- A removable back protector fits inside. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- One mesh pocket on the left side of the chest holds small items.

The jacket is made from 1.2–1.3 mm cowhide leather. The hide is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the leather. It is then milled, which makes it softer and gives it a light grain. Cowhide at this thickness holds its shape and stands up to hard use. It still bends at the elbows and shoulders when you ride. Every seam is hand-stitched with two rows of thread. To keep the leather soft, follow the leather care instructions.

For a jacket, useful measurements are height, chest girth, waist, sleeve length and waist length (down the back from the collar). The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape.
The jacket has removable CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders and elbows. This armor meets EN 1621-1:2012, the standard for limb armor. Level 2 pads let less force pass through than Level 1 pads. There is also a removable back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. You can take all of the armor out when you clean the jacket. Put it back in before you ride.
You can pick No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. A hump sits on the upper back behind the neck. For airflow, choose No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. Small holes in the leather let air in on hot days. If you ride in cool weather, no perforation keeps the wind out. Add any other request in the Order Instructions box when you order.
