- This Troy Bayliss 2005 MotoGP suit is made from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. The leather is drum-dyed and milled.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector guards the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU elbow sliders and replaceable TPU knee sliders take the wear in a slide.
