Buying Guidance
How do I choose a size? Measure at home and compare with the Size Guide, or pick Custom Size. Where can I get help? The customer service page answers sizing and order questions.
The jackets cover 2019 to 2022. There is a Red Bull KTM design from 2019 and a Repsol Honda design from 2021. There is also a camo design from the 2022 KTM winter test. Colors include orange, red, black, grey, white and Repsol blue. Each product page names its year, so compare the photos and pick the look you like.
Measure your chest, waist, sleeve and torso at home with a soft tape. Compare your numbers with the size guide. If you fall between two sizes or want a close race fit, pick Custom Size at order and enter your own measurements. The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape. Check each number twice before you send it.
Every jacket is cut from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide and hand-stitched to order. It has armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back. A zip at the waist lets you join the jacket to matching pants. At order you set the speed hump: none, standard, ventilated or hydro. You also pick the perforation: none, chest, front or full, for more air on hot days.
Yes. Pick gloves in the Matching Gear option when you order the jacket. The gloves are made in colors that match the jacket design, so the set looks like one livery. If you also want a suit or pants, look at the race suit range for the same seasons. All items are hand-stitched to order by Leather Collection.
Wipe the jacket with a damp cloth after each ride to remove bugs and dirt. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun. Use a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months to keep the cowhide soft. Store it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. The leather care instructions page has more tips.
