This Neil Hodgson 2008 motorcycle racing suit is a replica inspired by his Honda AMA look in red and white. It is hand-stitched to order from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide.

Neil Hodgson Honda AMA Suit Safety Features
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide, drum-dyed and milled.
- Extra leather layers sit at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor covers the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector covers the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Replaceable TPU knee sliders attach with hook-and-loop pads, so you can swap them when they wear.
- Foam padding at the elbows and knees adds a soft layer.
- Seams use two and three rows of strong nylon thread.

- Hook-and-loop straps at the neck, cuffs and calves fine-tune the fit.
- Soft neoprene lines the cuffs and collar.

Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- A mesh pocket on the left side of the chest holds small items.
- On the 2-piece suit, the pants close with silver snap buttons.

The suit uses red and white, in a design inspired by Neil Hodgson and Honda in the 2008 AMA season. The base leather is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide that is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the hide. You can switch to Monaco or kangaroo leather when you order. Each suit is hand-stitched once your order is placed.
Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for limb armor. A removable back protector covers the spine and is EN 1621-2 compatible. Extra leather layers sit over the same four zones. Replaceable TPU knee sliders are on the outside of the knees.
