Race Suit Types

One-Piece Race Suit - one piece from collar to ankle, for track days and closed circuits. It keeps the jacket and pants from pulling apart in a tuck.

Two-Piece Race Suit - a separate jacket and pants. You can wear the jacket on its own for a ride or join both halves for the track.

Jacket or Pants Only - order just the jacket or just the pants in the same design.

Options - pick the speed hump (none, standard, ventilated or hydro) and the perforation (none, chest, front or full). Add a removable or thermal lining, an extra knee slider, or matching gloves and boots.

Buying Guidance

Should I choose one-piece or two-piece? Pick one-piece for the track and two-piece if you want to wear the jacket alone. See the Size Guide to check your fit. Can I get a custom fit? Yes. Start with the made-to-measure program page.

Where can I get help? The customer service page answers fit and order questions. Delivery details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A 2014 race replica is inspired by the colors and sponsor-style graphics a rider wore that year. A standard motorcycle suit has a plain or generic look. The cut and the leather are the same kind: 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide, hand-stitched to order, with Monaco or kangaroo leather as options. The difference is the design. Pick a rider such as Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo or Nicky Hayden, and the suit is made in that look.
Each suit is cut from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide as standard. At order you can switch to Monaco leather or kangaroo leather. Kangaroo leather is thin and light for its strength. Cowhide is a bit thicker and stiffer at first, and it softens as you wear it. All three are hand-stitched in the same way. Pick the leather on the product page before you add the suit to your order.
A race suit should sit close to the body, so fit matters. Measure your chest, waist, arms and inseam and compare them with the how to measure guide. If you match one size well, a standard size is fine. If you fall between sizes or have long arms or legs, pick Custom Size. The suit is then cut to your own numbers, and it stays in place when you tuck in on the bike.
A two-piece set gives you more ways to wear it. You can wear the jacket alone on a ride and join it to the pants for track days. A one-piece suit has no split at the waist, so nothing can pull apart when you tuck in. Many circuit riders choose it for that reason. A two-piece set also makes layering easier when the weather changes. Both are hand-stitched in the same way.
Wipe the suit with a soft, damp cloth after each ride to remove dust and sweat. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun. Rub in a leather conditioner now and then to keep the hide soft. Store it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Replace a worn knee slider before your next track day. The leather care instructions give more tips.
