This Australian flag suit is a full leather race suit in blue, red and white cowhide. It is hand-stitched and made to order.

Australian Flag Suit Safety Features
- Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees on the outside.
- TPU sliders guard the elbows, and the TPU knee sliders can be replaced.
- Rubber pads sit at the biceps, hips and tailbone.
- Strong nylon thread and triple stitching hold the seams that take the most load.
Suit Construction
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed, milled cowhide in blue, red and white.
- Pre-curved sleeves match the way your arms bend on the bike.
- Stretch panels at the crotch, calves and under the sleeves help you move.
- Accordion panels at the elbows, back and knees flex as you ride.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the suit.
- A soft neoprene collar and cuffs help stop rubbing.
- Velcro points at the knees hold the knee sliders.
- A breathable mesh lining sits inside, with one mesh pocket on the left side of the chest.
- Silver snap buttons join the pants on the two-piece suit.

The standard shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed, so the blue, red and white color goes deep into the hide. It is then milled to soften it. You can also pick Monaco or kangaroo leather when you order. The armor, the cut and the flag design stay the same with each leather.
Begin on the product page. Under Size, select Custom Size. After you complete checkout, you receive an order number. Use the measurement form to enter that number with your body measurements. Have your chest girth, waist, hip, sleeve length, waist length (down the back from the collar) and external leg length ready.

Outside, carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders guard the elbows, and the knee sliders can be swapped when they wear thin.
