This Valentino Rossi 2005 MotoGP suit is a black and yellow replica inspired by his Yamaha winter test leathers. It is hand-stitched to order from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide.

Rossi Winter Test Suit Safety
- This Valentino Rossi 2005 MotoGP suit has a shell of 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled for a soft feel.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor guards the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector sits along the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders sit on the elbows. Replaceable TPU sliders sit on the knees.
- An extra layer of leather and foam pads cover the main contact points.
- Seams at the shoulders, elbows and knees use double and triple stitching.

Kangaroo leather is thinner and lighter than cowhide. Cowhide feels thicker and firmer. Each option is cut and sewn after you place the order.
Carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the outside of the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders sit on the elbows. The knee sliders are TPU too, and you can replace them when they wear.
