Toprak Razgatlioglu 2020 Suit: Protection
- The Toprak Razgatlioglu 2020 motorcycle racing suit has removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector, EN 1621-2 compatible, fits in the back.
- Carbon-reinforced metal plates cover the shoulders and knees on the outside.
- TPU sliders sit on the elbows. The TPU knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down.
- Seams at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips have two or three rows of stitches.

Outer Layer
- This Toprak suit is made from drum-dyed, milled cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick, in black, grey, red and Yamaha blue.
- Accordion stretch panels at the lower back and knees let you tuck in on the bike.
- Stretch Cordura panels at the sleeves, crotch and calves give you more room to move.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow your arms in a riding position.
- YKK semi auto-lock zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves keep the fit snug. Soft neoprene at the cuffs and collar helps stop rubbing.
- On the 2-piece suit, the pants close with silver snap buttons.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket sits inside, on the left side of the chest.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The base hide is cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. It is drum-dyed, so the color goes deep into the leather, and milled, so it feels softer. You can also choose Monaco leather or kangaroo leather when you order. Pick it in the Leather menu when you order. Whatever you choose, the suit is hand-stitched and made to order in the black, grey, red and Yamaha blue scheme.
Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for arm and leg armor. A removable back protector, EN 1621-2 compatible, fits in the back. On the outside, carbon-reinforced metal plates cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders cover the elbows. The knee sliders can be swapped for new ones, and you can add an extra knee slider at checkout.
A 1-piece suit is one closed garment from neck to ankle. Many track days ask for one. A 2-piece suit has a jacket and pants. The pants close with silver snap buttons, and the two parts are easier to put on and take off. You can also order just the jacket or just the pants. The armor and leather choices stay the same for each.
On the the Toprak Razgatlioglu 2020 suit page, choose Custom Size in the Size options. Complete checkout and you will get an order number. Then open the measurement form and enter that number with your body measurements. Have a soft tape ready for height, chest girth, waist and hip. A suit also uses sleeve length, waist length, external leg length and crotch to ground.
Wipe the suit with a soft, damp cloth after each ride to take off bugs and dirt. Hang it on a wide hanger and let it dry at room temperature. Keep it away from heaters and strong sun, which dry out leather. Take the armor out before you clean the lining. Use a leather conditioner a few times a year to keep the hide soft.
