The cowhide is 1.2-1.3 mm thick and has a drum-dyed, milled finish. Seams are hand-stitched, and the front closes with a semi auto-lock YKK coil zipper. You can also choose Monaco or kangaroo leather at order time. Inside, a breathable mesh lining keeps the suit light on the body. Each suit is made to order after you finalize your options.
Removable CE Level 2 armor, rated to EN 1621-1:2012, covers the knees and hips as well as the shoulders and elbows. Outside the knees, carbon-reinforced metal protectors and replaceable TPU knee sliders add more cover. Back protection comes from a removable spine/back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. You can order an extra knee slider as an add-on.
A 1 piece suit is a single garment, so the jacket and pants are joined. A 2 piece suit splits into a jacket and pants, and the pants close with a silver snap button. You can also order only the jacket or only the pant. Choose the version in the Product option, then add your size or Custom Size.
The colors are Black, Kawasaki Green and Red. For warmth, you can add a removable lining or a thermal removable lining. Ventilation choices include No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front and Full Perforated. Matching gloves in sizes XS to 3XL and boots from EU 36 to EU 46 are optional, so a full set is easy to build.
