Aragon Flag Suit Safety Features

  • This leather motorcycle race suit is made in yellow cowhide with an Aragon flag design.
  • Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
  • A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
  • Carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees on the outside.

Suit Construction

  • The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled.
  • Accordion leather stretch panels at the elbows, lower back and knees help you bend.
  • Kevlar stretch panels sit at the crotch, behind the calves and under the sleeves.
  • Pre-curved sleeves follow a race riding position.
  • Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the suit.
  • Soft neoprene lines the cuffs and collar.
  • A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside.
  • One mesh pocket sits inside, on the left side of the chest.
  • Silver snap buttons close the pants of the 2-piece suit.

Yes. You can order a 1-piece suit, a 2-piece suit, or the jacket or pants alone. The 2-piece pants close with silver snap buttons. Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. Outside, carbon-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders guard the elbows. The knee sliders fix on with Velcro and can be replaced. Take the armor out before you clean the suit.
The standard leather is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide that is drum-dyed and milled. At order you can pick cowhide, Monaco leather or kangaroo leather. For more air, choose perforation on the chest, the front or the whole suit. On cold days, a thermal removable lining helps. Each choice is made in the options before you check out.
Men can pick from EU 42 to EU 60 and women from EU 38 to EU 50. Compare your sizes with the size chart. If you sit between sizes, choose Custom Size and place your order. Then send your body sizes with the measurement form and your order number. A friend can help you measure your chest, waist and inseam.
You can add a speed hump behind the neck: standard, ventilated or hydro. An extra knee slider is a good spare for track days. A removable lining or a thermal removable lining can be added.
