Buying Guidance
How do I choose a size? Measure at home and compare with the size chart. If you fall between sizes, choose Custom Size.
Choose the season you like most. The 2012 and 2013 jackets are inspired by his Ducati MotoGP years, in red and white. The 2017 jacket is inspired by his Red Bull Honda WSBK season, in red and metallic blue. All of them carry his number 69 and sponsor-style graphics. Each product page names its year and shows the full design. All of the jackets are hand-stitched to order in 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide and share the same options.
Measure your chest, waist, sleeve and torso at home. Compare the numbers with the size chart. Standard sizes run EU 42 to 60 for men and EU 38 to 50 for women. If you fall between two sizes, or want a closer race fit, choose Custom Size at order. You then enter your own numbers, and the jacket is cut to them. The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape for each number.
Each jacket has two main options. First, choose the speed hump: no hump, a standard hump, a ventilated hump or a hydro hump. Second, choose the perforation: none, a perforated chest, a perforated front or full perforation. Holes let more air in on hot days. You can also add matching gloves in the same order. All options are set when you order, since each jacket is hand-stitched to order.
Wipe the jacket with a damp cloth after each ride. Let it dry on a wide hanger at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun. Use a leather conditioner from time to time so the cowhide stays soft. Do not put the jacket in a washing machine. Store it in a cool, dry place with room to breathe. The leather care instructions give more tips. For other questions, visit the customer service page.
