Nicky Hayden Suit Safety Features
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled, so it feels soft and the color runs deep.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector (EN 1621-2 compatible) covers the spine.
- Metal protectors with carbon on the outside guard the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders sit on the elbows. The TPU knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down.
- Extra leather layers cover the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- Key seams have two or three rows of stitches.

Outer Layer
- The fluorescent red and white design is inspired by the Ducati suit Nicky Hayden wore in MotoGP in 2012.
- Accordion stretch panels on the lower back and knees help you tuck in on the bike.
- Stretch Cordura panels in the sleeves, crotch and calves let you move freely.
- The sleeves are pre-curved to fit a riding position.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves let you adjust the fit.
- Silver snap buttons hold the pants on the 2-piece suit.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket sits on the left side of the chest.
- You can add a removable lining or a thermal removable lining.
