This custom motorcycle suit carries a Japan flag design, with red circles on a white chest and back. It is cut from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide and stitched by hand.

Japan Flag Motorcycle Suit Safety Features
- This custom motorcycle suit has a red circle on the white chest and another on the back.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders cover the elbows. The TPU knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down.
- Accordion stretch panels at the elbows, lower back and knees help you bend.
- Kevlar stretch panels in the crotch, behind the calves and under the sleeves add room to move.
- Triple-stitched seams use strong nylon thread.

Outer Layer
- The base hide is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide leather. It is drum-dyed and milled.
- Pre-curved sleeves fit the forward lean of track riding.
- Soft neoprene cuffs and collar feel kind on the skin.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket sits inside, on the left side of the chest.
- You can add a removable lining or a thermal removable lining.
Hardware and Closures
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the front and the wrists.
- Silver snap buttons join the pants on the 2-piece version.
- Velcro points hold the knee sliders, so you can swap them fast.

This suit uses removable CE Level 2 armor in all four spots. The back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible, which is the standard for back pads. You can take all the pads out to clean the lining. Put them back in place before you ride.
