Buying Guidance
How do I choose a size? Measure at home and compare with the Size Guide. If you fall between sizes, pick Custom Size. Where can I get help? The customer service page answers size and order questions.
Choose the year whose look you like most. Each design is inspired by one season, from 2019 to 2026. His KTM years use Red Bull colors. Later designs follow his Aprilia, Yamaha and BMW years. Each product page names its year and team. For example, the 2021 Red Bull KTM jacket
follows his last KTM season in MotoGP. Compare the photos, then pick the colors you want to wear.
Measure your chest, waist, sleeve and torso at home with a soft tape. Then compare your numbers with the size chart. If you fall between two sizes, or want a closer race fit, pick Custom Size. You then enter your own numbers, and the jacket is cut to them. The how to measure guide shows where to place the tape for each number.
Each jacket is cut from cowhide, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick. Cowhide is a firm leather that holds its shape on the bike. The jacket has armor pockets at the shoulders, elbows and back. A zip at the waist lets you join it to matching pants. You can add a speed hump on the back. Holes on the chest, the front or the full jacket let more air in on hot days.
Yes. Every jacket has a Matching Gear choice for gloves. Add them when you order the jacket. The gloves use the same season colors, so the jacket and gloves look like one set. Like the jacket, they are stitched by hand after you order. If you want a full race look, a suit or boots from the same rider range can join the set as well.
Wipe the jacket with a soft, damp cloth after each ride. Bugs and road dirt come off more easily while they are fresh. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters. Use a leather balm now and then to keep the cowhide soft. Hang it on a wide hanger so the shoulders keep their shape. The leather care instructions explain each step.
