Suits and jackets use 1.2 to 1.3 mm cowhide as standard. On race suits you can choose cowhide, Monaco or kangaroo leather when you order. Kangaroo is lighter than cowhide. Every piece is hand-stitched, with extra stitches at the collar, cuffs, waist and armor pockets. These spots take the most stress on a track day. Condition the leather every 6 to 12 months with leather oil to keep it soft for years.
A standard size uses set lengths that fit riders with an average build. A Custom Size is cut from your own sleeve, chest, waist and inseam. It can also follow how you sit on the bike, such as a tucked elbow or a forward lean. Suits and jackets in this range offer a Custom Size. Boots come in standard sizes. Read the Made to Measure page to learn how to measure.
You can pick a speed hump on the back: hydro, standard, vented or none. Perforation comes as none, chest, front or full, to let air in on hot days. Add-ons include a removable lining, a thermal lining and an extra knee slider. You can also add matching boots or gloves. Pick each option on the product page before you order. If you have questions about armor or fit, contact the customer service page.
