- This Johann Zarco 2018 MotoGP suit has a shell of 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled, in HD Orange and Purple.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector (EN 1621-2 compatible) covers the spine.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders guard the elbows. The knee sliders can be replaced when they wear down.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers keep the suit closed.

Outer Layer
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the bent-arm shape of a rider on a sport bike.

Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move.

On the outside, TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders and knees. TPU sliders cover the elbows. The knee sliders can be swapped out when they wear thin. You can also add an extra knee slider at order.
The base leather is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide that is drum-dyed and milled. At order, you can pick cowhide, Monaco or kangaroo leather. Cowhide is thick and tough. Kangaroo is lighter for its strength, so some riders like it for race suits. Monaco is a third choice between the two. The leather choice does not change the orange and purple design.

You will enter height, chest girth, waist and hip, plus sleeve length, waist length (down the back from the collar), external leg length and crotch to ground. Then the suit is made to order to your numbers.
