Outer Layer
- This Francesco Bagnaia 2025 MotoGP jacket is a replica of his Ducati race jacket. It uses 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed, milled cowhide leather.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the riding position, so the jacket sits naturally on the bike.
- The front and cuffs use YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers.
- TPU-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and TPU sliders cover the elbows on the outside.
- Stretch Cordura panels at the sleeves add flexibility.

The jacket uses 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide leather with a drum-dyed, milled finish. Drum dyeing colors the leather through, so small scuffs blend in instead of showing as light marks. Yes. The CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders and elbows follows EN 1621-1:2012, and you can take it out. The spine and back protector is also removable and is EN 1621-2 compatible. Outside the jacket, TPU-reinforced metal protectors cover the shoulders and TPU sliders cover the elbows. You can keep all the armor in for riding, or take it out if you want a lighter jacket.
