These Fabio Quartararo leathers are a replica inspired by his 2025 Yamaha MotoGP suit. They are hand-stitched to order in black and Yamaha Blue.

Fabio Quartararo Yamaha MotoGP 2025 Suit Safety Features
- These Fabio Quartararo leathers use 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. The leather is drum-dyed and milled.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Metal protectors reinforced with TPU sit on the shoulders and knees. TPU is a tough, bendy plastic.
- TPU sliders cover the elbows. Replaceable TPU sliders sit on the knees.
- Seams are double or triple stitched at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.

Outer Layer
- Accordion stretch panels sit on the lower back and the knees.
- Stretch Cordura sits in the sleeves, crotch and calves. It helps you move.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the shape of your arms on the bike.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves let you adjust the fit.
- Soft neoprene trims the cuffs and the collar.
- Silver snap buttons join the pants on the two-piece suit.

- A breathable mesh lining sits against your body.
- One mesh chest pocket sits on the inner left side.

Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012, the European standard for limb armor. A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible. On the outside, metal protectors reinforced with TPU cover the shoulders and knees. TPU is a tough plastic that bends a little. TPU sliders cover the elbows, and the knee sliders can be replaced.
There are four steps. First, select Custom Size in the Size options. Second, complete checkout. Third, find the order number you receive. Fourth, open the measurement form and enter that number with your height, chest girth, waist, hip and sleeve length. Add external leg length and crotch to ground for the legs. Wipe the suit with a soft, damp cloth after a ride. Take the armor out first. Let the suit dry at room temperature, away from heaters and strong sun.
