Diamond Leather Racing Suit Safety Features
- This one piece motorcycle leather racing suit is made from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. The leather is drum-dyed and milled.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector guards the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Carbon-reinforced metal protectors sit on the shoulders and knees.
- TPU elbow sliders and replaceable TPU knee sliders take the wear in a slide.
- Rubber pads cover the biceps, hips and tailbone.
- Rows of strong nylon stitching hold the seams.
Racing Suit Construction

- Kevlar stretch panels at the crotch, calves and under the sleeves help you move.
- Accordion stretch panels on the elbows, lower back and knees help you bend and tuck.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow the way your arms sit on a race bike.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers close the suit and the cuffs.
- Soft neoprene at the cuffs and collar keeps out wind.
- Velcro pads hold the knee sliders, so you can swap them.
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh chest pocket sits on the inside left.
- The two-piece suit pants close with a silver snap button.

EN 1621-1:2012 is a European standard for impact armor on the limbs. It covers parts like shoulder, elbow, knee and hip pads. Level 2 armor lets less force pass through than Level 1. This suit has removable CE Level 2 armor at all four of those places. It also has a removable back protector that is EN 1621-2 compatible. EN 1621-2 is the standard for back protectors. No suit can stop every injury.
The suit comes in 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide as standard. Cowhide is thick and holds up well to scrapes. Kangaroo leather is also offered. It is a thinner, lighter hide that bends easily. Some riders like it for long track days. Monaco leather is a third choice. The armor and the stitching stay the same with every leather. Pick the one that fits how you ride.

Yes. The TPU knee sliders attach with Velcro, so you can swap them when they wear down. You can add an extra knee slider when you order. The CE Level 2 armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips comes out. The back protector comes out too. This lets you clean the suit and replace worn parts without buying a new suit. Check your sliders after each track day.
