Custom Race Suits Design and Setup
Build a race suit that looks the way you want. Upload your design, then pick the leather, the cut and the options. You can match your bike, your team or your own style. Each suit is hand-stitched and made to order. Leather Collection has made leather gear since 2009.
Material and Leather Options
- 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide is the standard leather. It is drum-dyed and milled, so it is soft but tough.
- Choose cowhide, Monaco or kangaroo leather at order.
- Each suit is cut and hand-stitched after you order.
Color and Design Choices
- Pick any colors to match your bike or team.
- Pantone color matching helps keep the colors the same across the suit.
- Add names, numbers or logos with printing, patches, embroidery, engraving or embossing.
- Use the Order Instructions box to explain your design.
Fit and Sizes
- Standard sizes run from XS to XXL for men and XXS to XL for women.
- Choose Custom Size, then send your body measurements through the measurement form with your order number.
Protection and Safety Features
- Carbon-reinforced and TPU-reinforced metal protectors sit on the outside of the shoulders and knees.
- TPU sliders guard the elbows, and the TPU knee sliders can be replaced.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector (EN 1621-2 compatible) covers the spine.
Airflow and Comfort Options
- Speed hump: none, standard, ventilated or hydro. The hump is the raised part behind the helmet.
- Perforation: none, chest, front or full perforation for more airflow.
- A breathable mesh lining is standard. Removable and thermal removable linings are add-ons.
- A mesh chest pocket sits on the inside left.
Suit Cut and Closures
- Choose a 1-piece or 2-piece suit.
- A YKK coil zipper with a semi auto-lock closes the front.
- Silver snap buttons are used on the pants of the two-piece suit.
- Add an extra knee slider if you ride often.

- Add matching leather gloves in sizes XS to 3XL.

Kangaroo is thinner and lighter for its strength, and many track riders like it. Monaco is a third choice. Pick your leather in the Leather menu before checkout.
