Custom Leather Jackets: Design Your Own Jacket

Your jacket starts with your idea. Upload a sketch or picture in the Design field. Then choose the leather, finish, lining, hardware and size. Each jacket is hand-stitched to order. See more made-to-order pieces in the custom fashion leather range.

Leather Types

Choose sheepskin, goatskin, cowhide or buffalo. Sheepskin is soft and light. Goatskin is a little firmer. Cowhide and buffalo are thicker and tougher.

Leather Finishes

Finish options are Natural, Suede, Nubuck, Aniline, Semi Aniline, Nappa, Glazed, Distressed, Washed, Two Tone and Lambskin Shearling. Nappa feels smooth and soft. Suede and nubuck have a soft, brushed feel. Distressed and washed finishes give a worn-in look.

Made-to-Measure Fit

For a tailor made fit, pick Custom Size. Select Custom Size from the product options Size, complete the checkout process. Then send your body measurements through the measurement form with your order number.

Customization Options

  • Hardware: Matching, Silver Chrome, Gold Chrome, Gunmetal or Antique Brass.
  • Lining: No Lining, Cotton, Polyester or Sublimated. You can upload a lining design too.
  • Personal touches: ask for names, numbers, logos, embroidery or patches.
  • Order Instructions: use this field to describe any change you want.

Standard Sizes

Men's sizes run from EU 42 to EU 60 (US 32 to US 50). Women's sizes run from EU 38 to EU 50 (US 6 to US 18). Check the size chart first. Leather Collection has made leather gear since 2009.

Use the Order Instructions field to explain any detail the picture does not show. After checkout, the jacket is cut and hand-stitched to your choices. If you picked Custom Size, send your measurements with your order number. Keep your design simple and clear so it is easy to follow.
You can choose sheepskin, goatskin, cowhide or buffalo. Sheepskin is soft and light. Cowhide and buffalo are thicker and tougher. Then pick a finish: Natural, Suede, Nubuck, Aniline, Semi Aniline, Nappa, Glazed, Distressed, Washed, Two Tone or Lambskin Shearling. Nappa is smooth and soft. Suede and nubuck feel brushed. Distressed and washed finishes look worn in. Lambskin Shearling has a soft, fuzzy side.

Yes. Write what you want in the Order Instructions field. You can ask for names, numbers, logos, embroidery or patches. Upload a clear picture of any logo in the Design field. With the Sublimated lining, you can also upload a design for the inside of the jacket. If you are not sure what is possible, ask on the customer service page before you order.
Care depends on the finish you choose. For smooth leather, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Rub in a little leather conditioner every few months. For suede and nubuck, use a soft brush and keep them away from rain. Hang the jacket on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Never store it in plastic. More tips are in the leather care instructions.
